During our time together, we’ll uncover and unpack your inner world, in relation to the season of change you’re in, and establish the foundation of a supportive inner voice that can carry you forward through this season, intentionally.
We’ll connect for 50 minutes through a digital 1:1 zoom session, diving deep into the WHAT, WHY, WHO, & HOW so that you can walk away feeling clear, connected, and supported as you take the next steps in your life and/or livelihood.

REDEFINE
Through 3 individual session, we walk together through resphaing your inner world through more complex or emotional pivots. This is recommended for those moments when you’re being forced to change or the impact this change will have on you and your life is great.
We’ll connect over 3 - 50 minute, digital 1:1 zoom sessions, exploring where you find yourself (WHAT) and support you in choosing the next steps forward that best support who you’d like to become (WHY, WHO, & HOW).
We’ll also spend time calming your nervous system and addressing ways to heal the experience of where you’ve been so that you can continue to re-focus your attention forward, regardless of what obstacles come your way.
